every three months or so – the linden family gathers together for what is know as review day. we ask each other to evaluate the good and the bad of our performance. all of these reviews are gathered together and published on our internal wiki.

this time around, i’d like the residents to participate in my review. one reason is because, well, i’ve spent so much time working with some of you – i think you know as well as any linden what kind of work i do. and also, i think it sends a nice message inside LL that the residents’ opinions count for a lot too.

so – if you’re up for it – i’d love to include your comments for my Q3 review (yes, even the bad ones. i promise not to censor.) drop me a note at my work email qarl@lindenlab.com.
